We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors who are actively involved in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension work in the North East of England. We take particular pride in our mission to ensure that as many leaseholders as possible are fully and properly advised and do not succumb to the often excessive premiums which are quoted by freeholders.
The Leasehold Advisory Service is a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) which is funded by the Government to provide free advice on the law affecting residential leasehold property in England and Wales.
